Discover the Power Within: The Journey to Spiritual Authenticity

In the journey to spiritual authenticity, one often first embarks on a path of outward self-discovery, only to later unveil the power that truly lies within. It can be an isolating yet beautiful quest to connect with one's inner divinity and to embrace the true essence of who we are. It leads us into the darkest shadows of our soul, into the inner work we've always avoided and to showing us that yes even this too is deserving of love.

At Divinity’s Door LLC, the focus is on guiding individuals along this transformative journey in a way that leads with true unconditional self love and on how to always empower oneself. Yes always, that's the high vibrational truth because so much of earth's 3rd Dimensional programming is about keeping the masses disempowered, i.e. the shame that can first come with prioritizing your emotional needs over others. That shame is proof of how society systematically brainwashed us to believe that true love was all about sacrificing ourselves to save or protect another. In truth, authenticity is an act of unconditional love because you're allowing yourself to be free of the fears of perception and expectations projected onto us. It's about releasing identifying with victimization and transmuting your pain into empowerment.

This isn't the only or the "best" way but I choose to shine my authentic light through psychic readings and energetic healing services. No matter what avenue you choose, the journey to authenticity is where individuals are given the opportunity to delve deep into their spiritual selves, to uncover hidden truths and individual gifts. Like how so much of our upbringing were illusions created to suppress the multidimensionality within us all, such as beauty standards and gender roles. All created to shame us into a box that we weren't allowed to grow out of, without the fear of rejection. We are the only ones with the ultimate power to decide who we want to be or how we want to react to what we can't control. Believing otherwise is an example of how we give away our power and remember...we can only give our power away, it can't be taken. That's why it all starts with rewiring our limiting beliefs. Once the fears of rejection are mostly healed, there is a multitude of methods in which you can achieve full authentic soul alignment and my goal is to cater to your individual experiences and needs.

The road to living a life of heart and soul alignment, means to gain a deeper appreciation of life's interconnectivity and how to co-create with the universe from your heart chakra rather than the ego. Co-creating from your heart chakra is like when you choose to believe that everything serves a higher purpose and happens FOR you because then, everything that doesn't fulfill you is no longer a reason to judge yourself but rather, simply a sign to redirect your focus/energies. There is no right or wrong path, just what feels in alignment with your heart or not. Authenticity is about bringing awareness to all of our shadow aspects that are creating resistance and to transmute them with love. To heal the wounds that birth the fears keeping us from living our most fulfilling lives. Its mostly an internal process, so that's why there's so much talk about healing limiting beliefs with self love. The material manifestations in our reality are simply reflections of our inner belief systems.

I'd say the first steps begins with observing (w/o judgement) all the ways we think less of ourselves and others or talk down to or about something/someone. Then, forgive yourself for having felt that way in the first place. Whenever you catch negative self talk, ask your inner child if that were them being judged, how would they have liked to have been talked to or seen by the person judging them. We often close up and act out because we don't feel seen, heard or valued and judge others when they're able to express themselves in ways you feel like you aren't free to. Connecting with your inner child consistently is essential for your growth and wellbeing as you're acknowledging the most vulnerable and authentic parts of yourself.

I challenge you to journal everyday for a month, listing all the judgmental thoughts throughout the day and then transform the limiting belief into an empowering unconditionally loving one. For example, today I thought to myself something like "Why can't you just be normal and confident not lazy, quiet and scared going through everyday life?!" I took a deep breath and remembered who the fuck I was talking to lol. I could ask my inner child what is it that her heart needs to hear to heal and change that statement to "I forgive myself for allowing my anxiety to cripple me and I am so proud of my journey and the fact that I am continuing to show up anyway". I basically ask myself what is the truth of this illusion because the universe is unconditional love so there is a gift for spiritual growth within all that is.

This is the alchemy that we're all capable of, its simple and powerful but it's rarely easy. For example, that alchemy can be done through an act as simple as breathwork throughout your day or while sitting in an uncomfortable emotion and meditating. It can be done just through the way we talk to ourselves when we're in distress. This is because when we allow ourselves grace to be imperfect and make mistakes, we allow ourselves to take the opportunity to grow, learn and actually embody unconditional love. Our emotions are where our true powers lie which is exactly why society has always trained us to believe it's our biggest weakness. And it's our beliefs that fuel our emotions so that's why de-programming and rewiring your brain is so important to unblocking your authentic self.
